A ray of light has passed through the Bella Center this morning. D
fter the closure in late yesterday evening (23:30) of the AWG-LCA and the commitment of the Vice President of the COP to draw the attention of the President Rasmussen the concerns raised by several countries (India, China, G77, Brazil, etc..) on clarity, transparency and optimization of time in negotiations, the Plenary of the COP closed with minds more serene. Rumors of many of the delegates invited to "sleep on it" and "come back tomorrow refreshed and serene." That's actually what happened.

This morning, in fact, during the new session of the AWG-LCA, thanks to the perfect negoziatione of many delegates and the president of Denmark and former President of the COP, Heddeggard, the parties have agreed on the submission of two separate texts of the summit of heads of state and to review negotiations drafts, entering common elements for the future. The representative of Sudan and the G77, Lumumba, has finally agreed and approved the decision of the President, with great emotion of Heddeggard for the very important step forward.
Now, while continuing the speeches of Presidents (in unison, at least according to their statements, I decided to tackle climate change), in the afternoon will be those which are the two most important meetings of the Ad Hoc Working Group, which will "give birth" the two definitive texts on which the Heads of Government will discuss tomorrow.
